Steps to Upload Meta Descriptions, Titles, and Keywords in Bulk:

1. Export Metadata to a CSV File:

   • Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Import & Export in your WordPress admin area.
   • Under the CSV File section, go to the Export CSV tab.
   • Select the metadata you want to export (make sure to select Posts metadata).
   • Click on the Export button to download the CSV file.

   

2. Edit the CSV File:

   • Open the downloaded CSV file in a spreadsheet editor like Google Sheets or Excel.
   • Edit the seo_title, seo_description, and any other relevant columns as needed.

   

3. Import the Edited CSV File:

   • Go back to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Import & Export.
   • Navigate to the Import CSV tab.
   • Click on the Choose File button and select your edited CSV file.
   • If you are only adding new data and do not want to overwrite existing data, check the Do not overwrite existing data option.
   • Finally, click on the Import button.

   

4. Check Your Changes:

   • After importing, ensure that all changes are reflected in your posts by checking them in your posts screen.
