Unfortunately Rank math currently does not have that option.
As a workaround, you can install a redirection plugin that would allow you to import from a csv file such as this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/ and then use Rank math import/export option to import the redirections from the plugin to rank math in Rank math > Status & Tools > Import & Export

I imported all the redirection in that plugin but I think that Rank Math has a bug because I select the data to import from that plugin but is not working.
Rank Math says: “Select data to import”
also when I have selected data.

That is weird, I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Your team fixed it with last update 1.0.47 [Aug 17, 2020] (Fixed: The import data option from other plugins was not working when not run via the setup wizard.)
But there is a big problem remaining.
Redirection does’t not work with an URL with parameters. It doesn’t start at all. (tested with your debug).
e.g. http://www.mysite.com?post.php=id=6 not working.
if http://www.mysite.com?post.php=id=6 and http://www.mysite.com?post.php=id=5 are two different pages I can’t use rank math to redirect.
Can you fix this problem?

By default, Rank Math passes the query strings over to the redirected URL and that is why it seems like it is not working and might even cause redirect loops in certain cases. While we work on an UI option for this, please use the below filter in your theme’s functions.php file to make it work:
https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#redirect-remove-query
