Please note that you need to have both Business subscription and Content AI plan in one account for you to be able to assign credits to a website.

We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.
Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.

Hi, in my account section with the starter credits AI the plugin license was showing free which needs to be upgraded to a business license with the Api provided in the sensitive data as my business manager will manage some plugins including the Rank Math Business but the content Ai will be added personally.
So Have you upgraded the Rank Math Plugin to Business by the Api provided?
No, the account is linked and connected but still, the content ai credits are not available.
Please rectify the issue asap!
