    I have an account with you, but upgraded with a different email address. My account is f*************@g********

    My upgrade email is m*********************@g********

    I have 3 connected sites, please help fix this asap.

    2. In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue.
    3. Provide more details in the Ticket Question section.
    4. In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email addresses you want to connect to your PRO account.
    5. If you are merging accounts, select one email as your preferred email address.
    6. Include the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice from FastSpring.com.
    7. Click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.

    Our support team will then locate your PRO account and make the necessary changes as per your request.

    Let us know if you want to ask for a refund on your Content plan so you can purchase the PRO plugin instead.

    Also, we don’t see any subscription under the 2nd email address you provided.
