Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Google Analytics property being greyed out in Rank Math. This can sometimes happen due to browser compatibility issues or if the settings are not properly configured.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:
- Browser Check: Ensure you are using a Chromium-based browser like Google Chrome, as this can help with any unresponsive options in the settings.
- Reconnect Google Account: If you have recently created a new GA4 property, you may need to reconnect your Google account in Rank Math to refresh the properties available.
- Check Permissions: Make sure that your Google account has the necessary permissions to access the GA4 property.
- Clear Cache: Sometimes clearing your browser cache can resolve display issues.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!
Hello,
Could you please confirm if you have already created a GA4 property for your website?
If you have not yet, please visit this page (https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/) and sign up for a Google Analytics account and property, then reconnect your Google Account so the new Analytics account will reflect in that section.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.

Hello,
Please confirm you are using the latest version of our plugin on your site according to our changelog: https://rankmath.com/changelog
If you are and the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
