I don’t think that this is related to Rank Math but rather your caching and revision system. Does this issue replicate when you purge your cache?
Please note that you can also delete Rank Math transients by heading over to Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients

It is always a good idea to start looking for the issue by following this health check on your website.
Can you please follow this troubleshooting guide?

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Instead of keeping only Rank Math active, disable all plugins and then try enabling them one by one in the troubleshooting mode.
You will quickly find which plugin/theme is causing it or even if it caused by a theme/plugin in the first place.
