You seem to have opened this ticket with a Free Rank Math account.
To update the PRO plugin, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your Rank Math PRO account:
https://rankmath.com/my-account/
2. Go to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Reconnect to your Rank Math account.
Then update the PRO plugin from the plugin list.

Or, from the WordPress plugin database:

Install the plugin by heading over to WP Dashboard > Plugins > Add New and upload the .Zip Package.

Thanks for sharing this but one thing that I thought I should ask you, is it a pro version? because I was using the pro version.

If you want to update the PRO version you can simply login to your Rank Math PRO account:
https://rankmath.com/my-account/
And Install the plugin by heading over to WP Dashboard > Plugins > Add New and upload the .Zip Package.
For some reason if the issue persists, You can delete the Plugin from the dashboard and give it a fresh start (Your data will not be deleted).
