update problems

My Rank Math-Pro doesn’t updates automatically,
I had this problem about 10 days ago, you guys solved it, thanks
but now it is back again. No updates automatically.
The problem was: my email mail address in my profile is different than
the email address used when i purchased the subscription. (m********@b************).
I know that if i login from my original email, i will solve the problem until next update,
but i would prefer to have the future updates automatically.
We might solve the problem if your the billing dept. will synchronizes my emails.
