    We are trying to update the RankMath Pro plugin on our websites and keep getting this error message:

    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Please let me know how to resolve this issue

    The subscription has already expired, and we do not have any option to revert a subscription that has expired. You will have to make a new purchase:
