Update blocks me from logging into my website

    Recent update now blocks me from logging into my wordpress backend. I have disconnected the plugin from my account but am still receiving the Error:

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Regarding the error message, these warnings are usually caused by improperly using the Replacements feature of Rank Math.

    To fix them, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Images and remove any replacements that are empty at the bottom of that page.

    If you are using the feature, please ensure that both boxes are filled.

    Thanks for your reply but the plugin is blocking me from the backend of my site. I cannot get into wordpress to update or remove this plugin.

    Your suggestion to “head over to WordPress Dashboard” is exactly what I’m trying to do but am being blocked by the Rankmath plugin. I cannot get into my WordPress website.

    Hello,

    If you’re still unable to access your WordPress dashboard, please log in to the website via FTP or cPanel, then rename the seo-by-rank-math-pro folder under /wp-content/plugins/ directory.

    You can get in touch with your web host for assistance accessing your website files.

    Yes-renaming the folder via FTP worked and I can now login to my wordpress dashboard. Thank you.
