If you have recently install or update any plugin that might have caused this. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet).
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

If everything looks good then, Please remove the Instant indexing plugin completely and try setting it up again.

Come to find out the instant indexing plugin is messing up my site so I had to deactivate it. Can you send me a new plugin for instant indexing to use for google?

It’s not letting me use instant indexing for some reason now and ideas I have Rankmath installed it’s the separate plugin giving me issues.
