We apologize for the issue you are facing with updating Rank Math SEO Pro in WooCommerce. To resolve this, please ensure that you have the latest version of Rank Math installed. You can check this by navigating to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Version Control.
If you find that your plugin is not updated, you can click the “Update Plugin” button after ticking the box. The update will happen in the background.
If that doesn’t work, you can also update Rank Math manually:
- Log on to your Rank Math account area to download Rank Math PRO.
- Once downloaded, go to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New.
- Upload the file you downloaded and click the “Install Now” button.
- After clicking Install Now, select Replace current with uploaded when prompted.
Please note that if you are using an older version of WordPress (below 5.5), you will need to delete the existing Rank Math PRO plugin and then upload the updated version. Deleting the plugin will not remove any data as it is stored in the database.
