    The code below started popping up out of nowhere, but I didn’t activate any settings. The code appears in the footer.
    Where can I turn this off?

    </s/c/r/i/p/t type='tex/t//ja/vasc/ript'>/*  */
    var rankMath = {"postTypes":{"post":"Articles ","page":"Pages"},"autoAddFK":[]};

    /*  */</s/c/r/i/p/t/>

    I can’t post the exact code here because of your cloudflare settings.

  • Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Is this code visible in the page’s source code when opened publicly? If so, please share the affected URL to check further. You can add it in the sensitive data section
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.

    You can also share screenshots using this tool.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We should not be putting that CDATA in the page source for non-logged in users. We have raised an internal ticket for this and we will be fixing this in one of the upcoming updates.

    Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    How can I turn this off until you release an update? Can you give a code for functions.php?

    Hello,

    We do not have a filter for that but the code is harmless and does not affect anything on your website. If you want, you can revert to the previous version from Version Control while we release an update:

    Hope that helps.

    Hello,

    Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

    If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
