Unrecognized £80 Charge on 25th Sept 2025

    Could you help me with a billing issue?

    On 9th Sept 2025, I purchased the Business Yearly Plan for £187.62 (payment successful).

    However, on 25th Sept 2025, another £80 was deducted from my account without my authorization.

    When I checked my Rank Math account under Subscriptions & Billing, it shows no active subscriptions and I cannot find any invoice for this charge.

    This looks like either a duplicate charge, a billing error, or it was linked to the wrong account.

    Could you please:
    Confirm what this £80 charge was for?
    Refund it if it was a duplicate or an error.

    Ensure my Business Plan subscription is correctly linked to my account so I can manage it properly.

    I have attached:

    A screenshot of my Subscriptions page (showing no active subscription).
    A screenshot of my bank statement with the £80 deduction.
    Kindly look into this urgently and advise on the next steps.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    We need to see the order number that starts with RANKMATH2#####-####-#####

    This account is not connected with any website as well. Please share any of the websites connected with your Rank Math account. We can also use that to locate the subscription you mentioned.

    Meanwhile, the screenshot you shared with us is not opening.
