Could you help me with a billing issue?
On 9th Sept 2025, I purchased the Business Yearly Plan for £187.62 (payment successful).
However, on 25th Sept 2025, another £80 was deducted from my account without my authorization.
When I checked my Rank Math account under Subscriptions & Billing, it shows no active subscriptions and I cannot find any invoice for this charge.
This looks like either a duplicate charge, a billing error, or it was linked to the wrong account.
Could you please:
Confirm what this £80 charge was for?
Refund it if it was a duplicate or an error.Ensure my Business Plan subscription is correctly linked to my account so I can manage it properly.

A screenshot of my bank statement with the £80 deduction.
