  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the unexpected redirects on your website. It seems that there might be a redirect rule configured somewhere that is causing all /amp/ URLs to redirect to a specific article.

To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend following these steps:

    1. Check Rank Math Redirection Settings: Go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Rank Math SEO > Redirections, and see if there are any rules set up for /amp/ URLs.

    2. Look for Other Redirection Plugins: If you have any other redirection plugins installed, they might also be managing redirects. Check their settings to see if any rules are affecting the /amp/ URLs.

    3. Review .htaccess File: Sometimes, redirects can be configured directly in the .htaccess file. You can access this file via FTP or your hosting control panel and look for any redirect rules that might be causing this behavior.

    4. Clear Caches: If you are using any caching plugins or server-side caching, clear the cache to ensure you are seeing the most current version of your site.

If you still cannot locate the source of the redirect after these steps, please reply to this ticket with your website URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

The URL is being redirected by WordPress itself, and not Rank Math.

That’s why the redirect debugger is not showing the redirection that is happening on that URL.

In this case, you may follow the steps in any of the guides below to stop WordPress from auto-correcting/guessing the URL:

    Looking forward to helping you.
