    Hello Dear Support Team,

    Please tell me what the issue is when I try to launch the SEO analysis? https://imgur.com/a/fI7T3VG

    There’s one more thing. All our workers are the citizens of Uzbekistan. We have been living here only. However, our VPS which bought online is in Moscow, and the reason for that is that it provides good bandwidth, and to be honest that was a good value for money. Our company is officially registered in Uzbekistan. So, I heard that there are some restrictions for those in Russia, but we are not from there. We have also bought the premium version of the plugin and considering buying content AI as well. Will we face any limitations? Are we facing any now?

    Okay, that’s great that there’s an opportunity for the refund. However, before we resort to this option, in what ways are we limited exactly?

    Also, do you have information if Yoast SEO imposes such restrictions as well?

    And the last question – is there any way to make an exception for us? Like I said, we literally have no any connection with Russia except for VPS. We (two co-founders) have always been the citizens of Uzbekistan. Our company is officialy registered here. We are officially membembers of UZBEK IT Park. Our area of operation is in Uzbekistan. We are really nice and friendly people. We can attach the neccesary documents or even schedule a Zoom meeting.
