I just found the answer, and there is bug in your program. Going into debugger mode I found a page of redirect that did not come up in a search in your search redirect box. They are effectively invisible.
I searched for ‘community’ but the community redirect in the attached screenshot was not found. So it was impossible to delete it.
I can’t upload screenshots here….
There was a rule community – contains – ,etc etc all redirecting to the home page
– but they did not appear in the search…..

I cannot seem to reproduce this issue when I visit this page on your site. We have just released a new update to address some redirection issues in the previous update.
Could you also clear you browser cache if you are still experiencing this issue and let us know how this goes.

I had cleared my cache several times. I had to delete the offending redirect to make my site work. So I cannot reproduce the bug now
