    Hello,

I did not find any errors related to the instant indexing API in the error logs.

Please delete and reinstall the instant indexing plugin, then reconfigure it from scratch to fix the issue. You may follow this guide for how to set up instant indexing: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.

But when I am trying to un install the plugin it shows me warning message that it is not recommend to un install the plugin from live site.

Will this uninstall hamper the site in google indexing please suggest.

One of my site last year faced the issue of changing seo plugin from yoast to rankmath, that’s why I am afraid. I have raised the issue last year with your team. So please double check and suggest.

    Hello,

Re-installing the plugin shouldn’t cause any issues. Just ensure to properly configure your instant indexing after re-installing it to avoid errors. You may refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Hello,

Please head over to your FTP and delete the plugin folder “fast-indexing-api” under the folder wp-content >> plugins.

Then, you can re-install and re-configure it.

If the issue persists, you may share your WP login and your FTP for us to resolve this further.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

I have done the steps, you mentioned, delete from filemanager and then install it. But when I install it, all previous data keep showing as setting. Same issue happened, when sending any url for indexing

    Hello,

Thanks for sharing the error log with us, and we deeply apologize for the delay in response.

After analyzing the error log you’ve shared, it seems like the issue is happening in the validation of the headers from the Google API that we include with our plugin and most likely is also added on any of the other plugins you’re using as well.

There was an issue with this API that was fixed in version 2.12.2. You can see the discussion about this topic here: https://github.com/googleapis/google-api-php-client/issues/2230

Since our plugin includes the latest release of the API, we can be sure this is happening from a plugin which either importing an older version of the API that doesn’t include this fix or probably you didn’t update that plugin.

Can you please confirm if you’ve all other plugins updated on the latest version on your site? If not, please try updating them and see if the issue is resolved for you.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
