The Instant Indexing plugin is throwing a 500 error. 500 errors are server errors, could you please get in touch with your host and seek their help in checking the kind of errors that are reported on the error log?
I’ll suggest you reconfigure the Instant Indexing API by following each step in this guide, it is possible that you missed a step or incorrectly chose some option: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/
This is a tried and tested method and we are certain these instructions work.
