    on 12 February I subscribed for your plugin and I was charged a sum of $62.87 for an annual subscription. however, today I was charged again a sum of $88.07 and I do not understand why.

    Please check this and confirm a refund of this amount at your earliest.

    I also noticed that on my website and on my user account, the plugin shows I am on your free subscription while I have paid for the pro plugin. You should check this too.
