    We did not make any purchase on your platform, and we are unaware of which account this payment is associated with.

    I kindly request your assistance in verifying this transaction and providing a refund if it was charged in error. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side to facilitate the investigation.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
