Please reference the other ticket #767616 showing being displeased with this service asking for a refund that was never given. This is proof the service was not wanted and ask to refund the money immediately and refund for last year with proof it was never used.
I want my credit card removed from your website and is not allowing me to do so.
To be clear, I’m using ChatGPT to create and update my website content more effectively than your product. This is why your subscription wasn’t used last year and the reason requesting last year’s refund. I made the refund request and Miguel ignored in ticket #767616 giving rebutals backing up what I was expecting to have and thought you offered but didn’t.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support.
The renewal is for your Content AI purchased on January 5, 2024.
We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that?
If you received it, then sorry to disappoint you, but our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).
You can cancel the automatic subscriptions by following this guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/cancel-subscription/
Please let us know if you did not receive the email so we can assist you further with the request.
I recently noticed that my subscription was renewed, but I hadn’t intended to continue with the service. While I did receive the renewal email, it unfortunately got lost among other messages, and I missed the opportunity to cancel in time.
I want to express my appreciation for the robust SEO tools your service offers. However, after exploring the Content AI Starter features during my initial subscription, I found they didn’t align with my workflow or meet my expectations. As a result, I didn’t find value in utilizing those features, which influenced my decision not to renew—though I unfortunately missed the cancellation window.
I want to clarify that I haven’t actively used the service over the last year or the current subscription period. I’d greatly appreciate it if you could process a refund for the recent charge as a one-time courtesy.
I completely understand the renewal policy, but I hope you might consider this exception. A refund would leave a positive impression of your company and might make me consider resubscribing in the future if my needs align better with your offerings.
Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your response.
I also failed to mention during the renewal email time I was in the middle of moving due to an unseen circumstance. There was no way for me to review emails with disconnected internet services with a December 31st move out date.
Hello,
Since you mentioned that you didn’t notice the email reminder, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
Of course, we’re very sorry to see you go. If you don’t mind us asking, is there any particular reason you have chosen to cancel? Perhaps there’s something we can help you with.
We are continuously improving our products so we would request you to check back in the future to see if we might have something relevant to your needs.
We would much appreciate any feedback you have to offer.
