If I enter a page that does not exist such as https://mosscreek.net/xx then I get redirected to the home page. If I deactivate your plugin then I get a 404 page not found. I have no Redirections specified in Rank Math. But some missing pages do render as 404 Page not found and show in the 404 Monitor.
I also have my home page https://mosscreek.net show in the 404 Monitor as 2022 hits (as recently as yesterday). I read your knowledge base and tried your suggested https://mosscreek.net/https://mosscreek.net and did not get a hit as you suggested – just another unanticipated redirection to the home page.
I have switched to Advanced for more info but notice in advanced I no longer see the Hits column so now it is back and forth between Simple to see the Hits and Advanced to see Referrer and User-Agent. So every hit must be logged with its own details now. Still seems like you could muster a summary total in Advanced mode.
I also would like to know if I can get a reply within 24 hours of a ticket if I go Pro?
By the way I started with RankMath from search recommendations but switched to Yoast because of previous issues with redirection but then switched back Rank Math because Yoast was corrupting display of some Elementor pages. I am hoping to get enough consistent behavior and good support so I can stick with RankMath.
Thank you, Ed Carter
