Unable to view the replies of my last two support tickets

    Screenshot of error

    i am unable to view the reply of my last two support tickets about my refund. Please check at the earliest. screenshot attached. I am logged into my account and i can see my tickets but i can view the replies.

    it says “You do not have permission to view this topic.”

    We’ve already canceled your subscriptions and initiated the refund as you requested. After initiating the refund, your account became free and that’s why you’re not able to check the ticket in the PRO section. However, we’ve moved your tickets to the free version and now you can check them here:

    Thank you for the update. Both refunds are processed? Rankmath business and Content AI? What is the expected time for the refund to take place? will i be intimated?

    Yes, both subscriptions are refunded.

    You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
