    I have renewed my subscription in Jan 2025, but now i am not able to see my subscription in the account. Please help me with this.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with viewing your subscription. To resolve this, please ensure that your website is connected to the correct Rank Math account. You can verify this by following these steps:

    1. Check Your Account: Go to the Websites section in your Rank Math account area to see if your website is listed there. If you see a message saying No connected websites found, it means your website is not connected to your Rank Math account.

    2. Reconnect Your Website: If your website is not connected, navigate to your WordPress Dashboard and go to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help. If it shows as connected, select Disconnect Account to reconnect it.
      Choose Disconnect account

    3. Connect Again: Click on the Connect Now button and ensure you select the correct Rank Math account associated with your PRO license.
      Click Connect Now in Rank Math

    4. Verify Connection: After reconnecting, check again in your Rank Math account area to see if your subscription is visible.
      Check connected websites

    I see my website is linked i.e https://husys.com but none of the pro features are activated and i can’t see my invoice also in the account. When i open in wordpress it’s asking for pro subscription as shown in below link

    When you see in the support it’s mentioned as Rank math Free and it’s not Pro.

    Can i know what is the reason.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
     
    We found your subscription under a different email address. [moved to sensitive data section]

    To connect your Rank Math subscription to the other domain you personally own, you can follow the steps below:

    Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/

    Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help

    Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.
