Unable to Use Content AI

    I am trying to use content AI and even though it seems as if I have 12k credits, every time I try and use it, it says forbidden. I could use some help.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with using Content AI. If you are receiving a "forbidden" message despite having credits available, it may be due to reaching the credit limit set for your domain.

    To resolve this, you can allocate more credits to your site by following these steps:

    1. Log in to your Rank Math account and go to the Connected Websites section.
      Click Websites

    2. Find the affected site and in the Content AI Credits settings, click CHANGE LIMIT.
      Click Change Limit

    3. Increase the Content AI credits assigned to the site and click Save.
      Increase the Content AI credits assigned to the site and click Save

    After increasing the credits, you should be able to use Content AI without any issues. If the problem persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
