Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Your account is already upgraded to the PRO version. You’ll also notice that the PRO badge is already showing on your account details.
If you haven’t already, you can go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO/Business license:

https://rankmath.com/my-account/Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.
You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.
You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.
Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

its already showing pro for the options part refer screen shot
but its not showing on the header of the backend screen. So it may be a bug refer screenshot

Would you please follow these steps:
1. Make sure both Pro and Free version of the plugin is updated to the latest version.
2. Try disconnecting and then connect the plugin with Rank Math by navigating to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.If none of the above steps works, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
