Unable to update thumbnail URLs in video schema

    I am trying to update video schema on several pages to add missing thumbnail URLs but my changes do not save. The the Autogenerate Image option in Rank Math is enabled but the thumbnail still does not appear in the code. When I manually add the thumbnail url and update the page, the thumbnail I entered does not save.
