I have tried to update my sitemap in google search console but it is not possible. the same issue is observed in bing. Please help me.

As I checked your previous tickets, it looks like you are experiencing this issue recently.
Could you please confirm that your sitemap pages are excluded from your caching software/plugin?
You may follow the instruction I gave from this reply, remove your sitemaps from GSC and Bing and resubmit only the primary sitemap (https://yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml)
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Please exclude the sitemap from caching in your caching plugin by following this guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/#w3-total-cacheOnce done, clear your website cache and re-submit the sitemap in the Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
