Unable to update rank math pro

    Rank Math free

    I have had a Rank math pro subscription since it was launched. However, since last month I am unable to use the rank math pro as it tells me that I do not have a rank math pro subscription and only lets me use the free version.

    Could you please assist me to set up the pro version and resolve this issue.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems that you have opened this ticket using a Rank Math Free version account.

    Please login to your Rank Math PRO account with the email you purchased your subscription at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Then, reconnect your website to your Rank Math PRO account by going to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect.
