Unable to update Keywords and Meta descriptions for products anymore

    Hi,

    I’m not sure what is happening but I’m trying to change my product keyword and meta description but for some reason, I’m no longer able to do this. Normally, I edit a product, scroll down to the rank math seo section expand it then I can update keywords and meta descriptions as normal. But recently, I haven’t been able to expand the rank math seo section on any product, so I can’t update the keywords or meta description. I’m not sure what’s changed. I’ve tried deactivating plugins and clearing the cache but I am still unable to change the product data.

    Hello,

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
