Thank you for the update, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked your sitemap, and it’s showing an empty page with a source code. Please check you have a static file with the same name as your sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml). You should FTP into your server and remove the file.
You haven’t also verified the www (or non-www) and HTTP (or HTTP) versions of your website.

Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 Ok status), and the rest are redirecting to it. You can also use this tool to check. Please follow the steps in this link:

I’ve also noticed that you have missed updating your plugins to the latest version, including Rank Math. Please update the plugins or you can also add your FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I’ve checked your robots.txt, and it seems that you’re already using Google (XML) Sitemaps Generator Plugin for WordPress in this working link. Your robots.txt also includes a non-working sitemap which is
Sitemap: https://www.dogtips.website/wp-sitemap.xml
However, your sitemap version is still not fixed. Please follow the steps provided in my reply above.
