Try to send a test email report by adding this suffix &send=1 part to the email report preview link. You can also use this link to send a test email report manually: https://domain.com/?rank_math_analytics_report_preview=1&send=1
Change domain.com with the actual domain name.
Then check your email to see the report.
To ensure the uninterrupted delivery of Rank Math’s Email Reports, we request you to whitelist the email address w********@y*******************, where you’d need to replace your-domain-name.com with your actual domain name.
If however, you didn’t get the report, you can use a plugin like WP Mail SMTP to configure your email settings.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
