Hello,
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by conflicting plugins/theme on your site.

as per guidance i installed the plugin and tried to troublshoot which deactivate all my plugins and current theme i just enable woocommerce and rank math and here is the same issue as you can see in screen shots > https://imgur.com/a/vKBUlJL

We can replicate this issue with the last update of Rank Math (v1.0.227). However, this has already been reported to our development team, and we are working on a fix.
To fix this issue, you may rollback the plugin to the previous version by following the steps in this guide:

This is affecting post categories and woocommerce categories.
Rolled back to 1.0.226, and the issue is still there.

We have released a quick update that fixed the issue. Please update the Free plugin to the latest version on your site
If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients
Please clear your website caches after updating.
