Multiple og:image tags can confuse the social media platforms about which tag to honor.
Please follow this troubleshooting guide to see which plugin/theme is adding the duplicate OG tags:

Once you find the plugin/theme adding the duplicate tags, you can then disable its OG tags and other SEO related options to fix the issue.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
