Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit else we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

After doing a lot of testing I found the issue only happens when using your theme (Avada) so it is caused by it (with other themes and all the plugins enabled, everything worked smoothly).
My recommendation would be contact their support since I am sure it is just a small tweak they should do.

I tried today to get in touch with them but i could not because my support expired couple of months ago..
The thing is that I dont want to pay for support, because they should work fine..I paid already for the support for 1 year..and i have never contacted them because everything worked fine..I don
t know what I am going to do..still searching online for fixes..
