Unable to Log In to My Account – Request for Assistance

    Hello,

    I created an account with the email s*************@g******** and purchased the Pro version using that account. However, no matter what I do, I cannot log in, and I keep receiving an error. I have reset my password several times, but unfortunately, the login still doesn’t work, and only the page refreshes.

    As a result, I had to create a new account in order to submit a ticket, as I couldn’t even submit a ticket without being logged in. Please investigate the issue. For identity verification, my phone number is 2362685868, which is listed in my original account. My full name is Shayan Erfanian.

    Please look into this or transfer my purchase to this email (p********@g********), or check my login access.

    Thank you for your response and for addressing the issue. I would like to clarify that I am currently residing in Canada, which is not a sanctioned country. I believe there may have been an error in determining my location.

    Please note that the account under the email address s*************@g******** was last logged in in Iran. We also have lifted up the ban for this account.

    However, we strongly suggest not logging your account in a sanctioned country such as Iran as once you are banned the second time, we won’t be able to lift the ban for good.

    Please also avoid using a VPN that points to any sanctioned country as well.

    Lastly, you can check if you have any colleague who has access to your account and is residing in a sanctioned country. You’ll have to advise them not to log in to the account in their current region. We suggest changing your password then.
