2. You used the same account to create the API that you have used to verify the website?
API key should be placed at your Rank Math Dashboard > Instant Indexing > Settings.

There is no way I can add the API I generated.
The option to insert API is no longer available.

You don’t need to add the API key. Rank Math automatically generates the IndexNow API key for Bing.
