Thank you for your previous help.

We are now running on the “Agency License”. Unfortunately, we are now unable to update Rank Math Pro in WordPress. We get the following message:

“Er is een fout opgetreden bij het updaten van Rank Math SEO PRO: Het pakket kon niet worden geïnstalleerd. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”.

I read on your support site that this could also be due to a duplicate account/license. Could you please check if this is the cause? And if not, how can I fix it?

You should connect your website to the Rank Math Agency account to update the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website/s.
