If it works in a brand new post, we know about the issue and we will release an update very soon to address this. If it still won’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

I’m not support but just wanted to quickly say that it’s probably not a good idea to put login details on an open forum, it could be used by anyone. If I was you I would quickly edit this post and move the log in detail to the sensitive area, might be also best to change your password 😉
