Unable to download Rank MATH PRO from the correct account.

    I have purchased rank math pro, I can see my order confirmation sent to my email address, then I have an email with my log in details. It allows me to log in, but will only allow me to download the free rank math and not the pro. I have connected the account to woocommerce to see if that would do anything different and I still can only down load the free vertion. Please could you look into this.
