am trying to create a redirect but unable to do that whenever i go to redirections tab create redirect and publish it doesn’t happen, also in the redirection tab UI show zero redirect active, i have already cleared cache but still didn’t work

Please check if the redirection tables are created by heading over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status > Rank Math:
