    The ‘Continue’ button is greyed out once I enter the code sent.
    I can’t get a FB app ID or secret code until I can create a FB developers account.

    Please advise. Thank you!

    I had to get a two step authentication and update my business account. Once I did that, the ‘Continue’ button was available and I created the FB app ID.

    Creating an FB developer account does need authentication for you to move forward.
