Unable to connect paid version of content ai

The interface is correct.

We checked your account and it seems you currently don’t have your website connected to your Rank Math account.

Please try activating your Rank Math plugin. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and connect your Rank Math account.

Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

It appears your admin access is limited. You could ask the developers to elevate your access capabilities or use the Rank Math Role Manager module from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules to allow you access to all Rank Math features.

In addition, it appears you have access to the general settings section of Rank Math. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits to see if it works. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
