  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please make sure that you’ve connected the correct Google account and not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

After that, please follow this guide to remove Rank Math App from your Google account and reconnect it with all the required permissions, and see if that resolves the issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#expired-google-oauth-token

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    That’s still not worked unfortunately.
I removed access as instructed. Reconnected via Rank Math SEO.
Undertook the necessary steps and I still can’t see my website in the drop down on the “search console’

    Hello,

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of our plugin: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

After that, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect your Google account.

If the issue persists, please make sure that you are connecting the correct Google account and that you have allowed all the required permissions.

Please make sure that you are the owner of this property on Google Search Console, you may refer to this guide here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7687615

After that, try reconnecting your Google account.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

Thats worked and now i can see my site within search console.

But i am unable to turn on the “Enable the Index Status tab”

Also with this Analytics section of the connection – my site does not appear within the dropdown to allow me to connect analytics.

Hoe can i resolve for this pls?

    Hello,

Can you please share a screenshot of the settings for Analytics within our plugin under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics?

That will help us assess the situation and the issue with the IndexStatus tab not working correctly.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

how do i go about attaching an image to this window
Can seem to drag and drop the image or paste the image.

When i select “IMG” above, i am prompt to provide a URL

Then right-click on the uploaded image and click on ‘Copy Image Link’ as shown below

Then paste the URL in the pop-up prompt.

    Hello,

We are sorry it took a while to get to you.

Can you please confirm if you have a Google Analytics property on the Google account you connected? If you do not have a Google Analytics property, you can also sign up for Google Analytics here.

    any thoughts on this pls?

    Hello,

Can you please confirm if both of your Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts are under the same email address? If your Google Analytics account is on another email address then you can follow this URL to transfer the property to the same email address: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/44500?hl=en

In case, they both are in the same email address then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
