To determine if one of the two plugins you have installed is interfering/conflicting with Rank Math’s URL modification, you may follow our troubleshooting guide here:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
You can temporarily deactivate those one by one and check again if you can modify the URL.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
