Are you able to change keywords and save? To me, it automatically removes the newly added keywords and recalls the previously saved keywords.

I am trying to login to try it also by myself and if it happens, to suggest you some solution but when trying to log in I got a captcha and after solving it, I am being redirected to a Not Found page instead the wp-admin page, could you check it?

My host adds DDoS verification on all websites to prevent login from bots. Some times it will redirect you to the not found pages if verification fails. Wait for a few moments, you will get the login screen.

This also happened for sometimes. Just editing a page on the iPad, changing the keywords and clicking update. Then in the backend it was at is was before.
It is sporadic.

I was unable to fix the issue. It automatically recalls my old keywords on save. I deleted the entire page and created a fresh one with the same content.
