I can check that the updateMeta route is being blocked when using the template on your site and that’s the route we use to update the metadata.

Is there a possibility of IP address being blocked by Cloudflare firewall as well? Please share the IP address to whitelist.

You can only enter one URL per page rule. You will have to create a separate page rule for each route. You are also using WordFence so make sure to whitelist the routes from that too.
