unable to add redirect

    I go to the rankmath redirects section to add a redirect. I am typing the source url. Then I write the target url. I select the 301 option and click the add button. it is not added in any way and does not write an error text.

    We tried to login into your website but were blocked by the 2-factor authentication.

    However, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Hello,

    Thank you for that information.

    I’ve checked your site, and it seems that the redirections tables were not created on your site due to some reasons. However, I’ve already fixed it upon Recreating those tables in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Re-create Tables

    Recreate Database Tables

    You can now check the test redirect I’ve added in the redirections.
